Nagrada mladim znanstvenicima uvedena je na prošlom Savjetovanju u Madridu 2019. godine. Izazvala je veliki interes, pa je za Nagradu kandidirano ovaj je put preko 300 referata.
U teškom zadatku, Tehnički odbor CIRED-a izabrao je šest referata: po jedan u svakom Studijskom odboru, i nagradio njihove glavne autore. Nagrade se mogu ovdje pogledati.
